Life Means More - "The Compounding Effect"

"Compounding is The 8th Wonder Of The World, The One Who Knows It Gain it & The One Who Don't Know, Pay For It" - Albert Einstein . The "Magic of Compounding" lies in the "Snowball Effect" of "Incremental Growth" over time. Whether in finance, learning, or personal development, "Small Consistent Efforts", when compounded, result in significant and often exponential outcomes. It's the principle of building on previous gains, creating a momentum that accelerates as time progresses. This compounding effect emphasizes the value of "consistency & patience", turning small actions into powerful forces for long-term success. Compounding Effect In Daily Lives - 1- Regular Exercise Boosts Immunity & Well Being. 2- Reading habit improves thought process & creates your own perspective towards things, events & persons. 4- Education from pre-nursurey to college and after-that, makes people to excell in different

Life Means More - The List of Abundance

... So what things should I count to be  grateful towards almighty God ? There are 'n' numbers of things we can celebrate & feel grateful for forever. It's completely my choice to see what I want to see, e.g It doesn't matter wheather glass is "half - filled" or "half - empty'', I can be grateful for the water in the glass itself. Actually it's not the issues or problems that bother to a human being but it's the comparison that "kills the joy" and place the person in a "lacking space", where a person focuses upon the things he/she doesn't possess but his peers/friends do have. When we are in a 'comparision mode' mind automatically resorts towards negativity and then 'complain' arises in every arena of life. However comparison is not bad et all, it can inspire one to achieve great things, provided it should be used as a reference point for betterment and not as a whole parallel entity, for example

Life Means More - Constituents of a Balenced Life

When it comes to live a balenced life it's a little bit expansive which contains certain characteristics i'e constituents of a balenced life. With the advent of COVID-19 pandemic our generation witnessed a peculiar unexpected situation(in 2020 Worldwide Lockdown ) where everyone was in the same boat i'e only focus on a single thing that is "efforts in saving lives of self & loved ones". The healthcare system exposed it's weak resilience. "Money & Might" earlier used to considered as the biggest security providers could be seen helpless. Great Economies got flattened (that's normal as history illustrated it during "The Great Depression of 1929", "The Dot-Com Bubble of 2000" & "The US Lehman Crises of 2008"). Then comes in mind that what are the things that make life balenced & meaningful for anyone from a layman to an intellectual? They're small things usually we have taken for granted. Precisely t

Life MeansMore- Role of Money

"Money is a Means to lead a purposeful life, Not the purpose in itself" There are two extreme views are prevalent about money - "Either Money is Everything or It's The Root cause of All Sins". However the mettle is somewhere in the middle. Actually Money is essential to explore life with it's full potential in three dimensions of Body, Mind & Soul.  How can I go for a morning walk or gym to work out when my basic needs are not fulfilled. How can I meditate & study good literates freely when my family is crying for grocery, clothing, bills etc.?. So the role of Money is vital to a great extent, but as I said earlier, it's a means to achieve purpose, not purpose in itself.  As Mahatma Gandhi once said, "There is abundance in nature to fulfill the needs of mankind but not their greed". So to avoid deviation, finding the Lagrange's point is sine qua non. Once the basic needs are taken care of, now its time to explore the unexplored. Her

Life Means More - Purpose

What is the Purpose of Life? A peculiar but frequently asked question these days. The "Purpose of Life" is a "Life of Purpose". Life Energy flows like water of a canal. If guided properly (i'e with purpose), it can be used constructively (like agricultural irrigation by canals). But if it's not, it will surely create havoc (like flooding nearby areas when water overflows or it breaks the canal boundary). In short there must be a goal in human life. It can be started with self like, Health, Wealth & Prosperity. We humans live our life at three levels - Body, Mind & Soul.  The balance between the three is must for a meaningful life. When any of these three is neglected, problem starts manifesting in every aspect of human life.  To live fully at ‘Bodily level’, it is imperative to adopt Exercise & Yoga. Similarly ‘Studying good Literature’ is must for ‘living at Mind level’ & ‘Spending time with self’ is sine qua non for living at ‘Soul level’.
